At Venus GCC, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Below are our shipping details, including delivery times, costs, and important information regarding customs and lost packages.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to all GCC countries:

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • UAE Orders: Shipped via QuipUp, with next working day delivery (subject to weather conditions, delivery may take up to 3 working days).
  • GCC Orders: Shipped via DHL Express & DHL Standard, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Dubai (UAE): AED 22 flat rate via QuipUp.
  • GCC Countries: Shipping cost depends on the destination and is calculated at checkout for both DHL Express & DHL Standard services.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, the shipping company (QuipUp or DHL) is responsible for covering the issue.
  • Once the claim is confirmed, Venus GCC will send a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Customs & Import Duties

  • For GCC shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
  • Customs policies vary by country, and additional charges may apply upon delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship outside of the UAE & GCC region.
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected courier issues.
