At Venus GCC, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and are non-refundable. Below are our policies for replacements, exchanges, and order issues.
1. Final Sale – No Refunds
- All earrings are final sale and cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Exchange Policy (Defective or Damaged Items)
We do not offer refunds, but we will provide a replacement for defective or damaged items under the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Customers must email wassim.a.moati@gmail.com with photos of the defective/damaged item for verification.
- Once approved, the replacement will be shipped.
3. Wrong Order Sent
- If you receive the wrong item, please email wassim.a.moati@gmail.com with photos and an explanation.
- Cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and replacements will be provided at our discretion.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item for an exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Venus GCC is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Allergy Disclaimer
Venus Jewelry uses an anti-allergy coating sourced from the USA; however, we cannot guarantee that all customers will be allergy-free. We are not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.
